Temporarily POSTPONED | Location TBD
UPDATE: Due to circumstances beyond our control, Sacramento Valley Spark won’t be able to host Playa Academy at Jovia Pond in the near term. We’re still planning to bring this gathering to life in 2026 and are actively exploring new potential sites. More updates soon!
Join Sacramento Valley Spark for a weekend of learning, creativity, and community at the Playa Academy Makers Campout. Set beside the calm waters of Jovia Pond, this immersive gathering brings together makers, artists, and tinkerers for a hands-on, heart-forward experience.
Playa Academy is built by the community, for the community. Expect a rich mix of community-sourced classes, workshops, and experiments aiming to spark curiosity, share skills, and deepen connection. Whether you come to teach, learn, or collaborate, this is a space to explore what’s possible together.
