Sacramento Valley Spark is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to promoting the arts, self-expression, and positive social change within our community and surrounding areas. We work hard to make sure that your hard earned money is well spent and going to this mission. Our organization runs only on volunteers, donated goods and services, and an extremely small operating budget for such things as insurance.
