Community Involvement
“I have volunteered as a Lead for many Burner events, such as Dragon Ass Ball. I was Deco Lead and helped with sound and DJs. In 2016, I was co-lead with two other community leaders; we planned Spark The Dark (Sacramento Decompression). This event was cancelled the day before, due to a rain out. However, it was still the best event that never happened!  In addition, I host monthly “Article Discussions” & “Burners Take Over” events, with the intention of focusing more on connection and less on the “party”. I am honored and excited to facilitate events for our community and would love to continue with SVS!

Secretary

Why an officer?
I can continue as Secretary for SVS for another term OR I can just serve as an acting Board Member.

Why a committee?
I have 5 years experience in event planning for our community. I would love to continue building on those skill sets.  Skills Board experience, volunteer coordination, fundraising, organizing events, HR experience, motivating others and building community.

In conclusion…
I am an expert at all things WOOT!
